new bike, same feel. damn it feels good to be back again. having my mobility, losing my cast and crutches, and walking again makes me world feel right all of the sudden. hooray!!!

schools
some quick notes on school
UC Berkeley apparently already has a lot of rad people, so they said no.
UC Santa Cruz has not only offered admission, but also a fellowship.
U of Minn Has offered admission + a moving bonus, so that's nice.
Emory just hosted Mark for the weekend, which was wonderful.
U of Mich has Mark as their second alternate and they "hope and pray" that two people decide not go there so that he can - which seems really weird, but whatever.
yale, chicago, vanderbilt, and texas still haven't made up their minds. we'll see what happens
